I took this with the DSLR, and showed it during a meeting of the "Colectivo Fotografico" of Ecuador

Did this go through the checked-in bags scanner?
If it only went through the carry-on / cabin bags scanner, then it is possible that there is an issue with the film itself - if that's the case, then maybe worth sending Ilford an email to see what they think? What developer, dilution & time did you use for the HP5?
The roll of APX looks good, and no issues apparent on the digital image

Does look like X-ray damage.
