Re: The four folding Voigtlander Vitos
I'm glad to see that there's a lot of love for the Vito II. A buddy of mine had a Vito II, although it was missing the plastic on the door-closing tabs. The first model that I bought was the IIa. The Vito III arrived a few years later. It's an entirely different camera.

Re: The four folding Voigtlander Vitos
This is one of the few photos that I took with the Vito IIa.

The four folding Voigtlander Vitos
vito_x4a.jpg In chronological order, from left: Voigtlander Vito, Vito II, Vito III and Vito IIa. The Vito IIa was released after the Vito III but really is a continuation of the Vito and Vito II. This video was complicated by the Vito III, which is really a folding version of the Voigtlander Promi...

The Standard Rolleiflex

The earlier models used 117 film. I forgot to include the third photo in the video. What's interesting ...

Video: Reviving the folding Contessa's meter
https://youtu.be/THwd4CTMxg0 Here's where I show how to revive the meter on your folding Zeiss Ikon Contessa. I've had this camera for about eight or nine years, and I was fairly certain that it would work, and it did. Here's my old webpage on this: https://elekm.net/zeiss-ikon/repair/meter-repair/

Re: Video: The Ihagee Exakta 66 (vertical)
Here's a photo of the film advance gears. Everything was fairly clean, so I really just had to lightly add some lubrication.

Video: The Ihagee Exakta 66 (vertical)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEW_oNJ-vAs In this week's video, I look at the Exakta 66 vertical. Given the opportunity again, I probably would buy this camera unless it was in the $200 range. It's an interesting camera, but that doesn't make it a great camera. I think that I need to shoot with i...

As I often say, there is no such thing as an "easy repair."

Re: Yet another folder - a guessing game
I like a good folding camera - 6x6 or 6x9. This looks to have a sharp lens. Although I've shot them, 6x4.5 isn't my favorite format.
