Definitely it is working well!

I admire people that can go out in the summertime with a LF, not to mention hacking the camera to shape beforehand.

First time with the lens? Did you check that actual apertures and shutter speeds match values indicated in the dials?

Not bad at all! That last picture seems a good example of “not in my backyard”. You got an excellent bargain for $40 and some work. The lens is indeed great, and you got the mechanisms in shape. The Retina II is a pretty serious camera once you master its operation. Very convenient for travel photog...

Fully agree on Shanghai GP3, it is a disgrace of a film. Your results look very promising, discounting film troubles.

Never handled a Brownie Reflex, but it looks interesting. Does it use 620?
