Hassy/Phase One images
After much hand wringing and angst, I bit the bullet and found a clean, well treated, used Phase One P30 back for the Hassy. Re: Mamiya M645 acquisition
Absolutely, my RB67 lenses compare quite favorably with the lenses on my Hassy. PF, if you think the 645 is heavy, don’t pick up an RB.

Re: Leaks...
Yeah, but that’s the joy of large format photography, with so many fricking ways to screw up, any image is a success. LOL

Re: DK-50 (For photographic purposes only)
LOL, I have about 30 cans of dk50, along with pro ably another 60-70 of various other developers. Haven’t shot anything in the last few years other than the eclips and need to get my ass in gear. P

Re: nobody?????
rick, I'll check to see if I have a spare available. at one time I had at least a dozen, across 6 workstations (plus spares). Bought inexpensively as a lot, IIRC. the newer epson's are pretty decent, as long as you watch your CI, regardless of the BS claims most of the flatbed mfrs. make, a density ...

Re: Game Changer
Gene, my second digital camera was a Kodak SLR/n. Quirky as hell, but FF and color accuracy Nikon can only dream of, the ISO 6 setting is just amazing... Fast forward several years and I finally bought a D3 last fall, haven't shot too much with it, but it handles pretty much the same as the D2's, ju...

Re: nobody?????
rich, if you're not adverse to older tech, a Umax Powerlook III with a transparency adapter works quite well, and let's you scan 8x10 as well. (OK, I'm an enabler...) Dirt cheap on ebay.
