Corel Draw Suite - monthly subscription

After watching Emily's recent youtube video ('micro four nerds' channel) about cheaper or free alternatives for Lightroom, I decided to check out ON1 and thought it looked rather interesting. No monthly or yearly subscriptions but a one-time purchase for most of the things that Lightroom can do (unless you are a pro and need the exotic features of LR or PS).
So I bought ON1 'Photo RAW 2025' for 55 Euros and was even able to download a lot of free LUTs as well. I have yet to start using it for more than the quick and dirty trial photo right after downloading the program. It can do a LOT more than the free OM Workspace I was using until now.
The last time I paid for an editor was a long time ago when I bought PSE9, which back then still came in a physical box with CD. PSE9 has served me well as long as I was still on a Win PC, but it is so old now that it doesn't work on my MacBook Air M1 with OS Sequoia, nor on the (loaded) 2012 MacMini that I bought used a year ago. Mind you, ON1 doesn't work on the old Sequoia either.
