Blech. Just blech. You know how they're worried about smoke taint in the wine from the fires out west this year? You don't want to know what the taint from a WWTP would be...
Also, Alabama may actually be more backwards wrt alcohol than PA: The TTB sets the amount of wine made by home winemakers at 200 gallons/year for two adult households. The article says 15 gallons is the limit. That's hardly worth the effort.

That's 15 gallons in possession, Scott, not for the whole year. So if you had 15 gallons, drank 5 a week, and then bought 5 more to replenish every week you'd still be within the law.
