After ages not shooting any film, or any other camera apart from the iPhone for that matter, a bout of COVID got me in the mood for some film shooting again.
I'd run a couple of test rolls though some cameras, and had a play around with some B&W reversal processing, but wanted to just do some simple shooting in the city. So I grabbed the Iskra, hopped in the bike and headed into town. These were shot on some expired Agfa APX 100, developed in Rodinal 1+100 for 20 minutes
I've shot these shade sails before, though these are new replacements:

Re: Taking the Iskra out and about
Fine looking shots as always, Paul. The old Iskra has plenty of life left in it.

That Iskra is a keeper, for sure. Nice shots, Paul.

Nothing like a MF folder for mobile photography, these look wonderful. I like those shade sails.
APX 100 was a favorite film of mine, although never got to shoot it in MF.

I have seen many Iskras, most of them abused. I'm happy you have a working one with such nice lens.
I love the first photo.

Lovely. Is that a reflection in the lower left window of the old building?

Lovely results. I had not expected such great detail and sharpness from an Iskra.
I really like the 'sails' picture.

Iskra are great lenses, very sharp and contrasty, in my opinion and also from my former Russian colleagues the best of FSU is a Iskra with red window installed (so you forget the nasty noise winding and you know winding won’t be an issue anymore).
Also they had bigger viewfinder than Super Isolette.
