I think you're right! And I have no doubt you're enjoying the DP2M: it's capable of amazing results, especially for landscape. Its micro-contrast is noticeably higher than that produced by the DP2Q, even if the resolution is slightly less. If I did more landscapes, I'd probably be fairly content with the DP2M, especially if they somehow improved its battery usage. But as I tend to take a lot of people shots, I think the DP2Q will suit me very nicely. As for the DP1Q: it may be interesting if only for the promised improvements in the lens from the DP1M. We'll see when it comes out...

When you get a chance, photograph the camera side by side with another camera so we can get an idea of size.
