We'll try to keep it positive with the hope that we can retrieve the database.

I traded e-mails with QWK.net, and they will send her a certified letter that she can sign and return. That way, she doesn't have to try to come up with the necessary legal language to satisfy the legal requirements.

I'm hoping we can wrap up things by the end of the week.
