Yellow rose...

When medium format isn't big enough: 4x5, 5x7, 9x12, 8x10 and even larger.

Yellow rose...

Post by scott »

...though the yellow is lost in translation.

Our 20th was last week; this was one of the last hold-outs in the bouquet I bought my wife. First large format shot since February. Damn, I've gotten slow with all this. But I'm happy with the results, tortoise-like pace notwithstanding. This was 4x5 Arista.EDU in HC-100 dil H. My little Asanuma half plate 4x5, Fujinon-W 125/5.6 with the bellows racked way out.

I really need to get back into this again...

Thanks for looking,
Scott

As they say, a rose is a rose is a rose. Yellow, white or crimson, they are all lovely, same as your rendition here, Scott.

Thank you both. I really need to get back into large format, very nice to play with again.

Well done, Scott. I wonder about that "little" Anasuma, is there anything small about a LF camera?
