Nelsonfoto finally gone?

If you need to unleash a rant or just have something that you want to say, you can post it here. It doesn't have to be about photography.

If we were able to export the content, I might be able to feed it into this forum. Probably have to do it one at a time, and the forum designations aren't an exact match, but I probably could figure out how to do it.

The big problem is we do not have control of the site, Mike. Craig never gave any admin authorization to anyone. Despite many tries to get in contact with his daughter, I have not been able to get a reply. She is in possession of his laptop from which he managed the forum, but has no idea what his passwords are. Without permission from his estate, we cannot do anything with the site except keep it running by paying the Hosting and Domain fees.

If the site were to no longer be paid for, then it would be put up for sale, but only the domain name. None of the content would port over if it was taken over by someone else. It has to be a direct change of ownership, and unless we can find out who is the executor of the estate, then it just lives on as is until the bill is no longer paid.
