Today's update: Got ahead of myself and loaded this puppy and took it out for a walk in Lewes, DE. Worked great... Except, the rangefinder wouldn't go to infinity. Shot a few shots with the lens at the infinity limit, stopped all the way down, as one does. But, will be pulling the film, adjusting infinity, and then checking focus at the rails before continuing this roll.

So close...

the RF unit is not complicated, opening the top is, let me know if you crack that one


If you can't fix it with a hammer... you got an electrical problem
even duct tape can't fix stupid.... but it can muffle it (SilentObserver)

I am hoping (without having the camera here with me to look at right now) that the adjustment I need to make can be done with the adjustment screw on the corner of the standard. I'll try that first, check the focus, and hope. If not, well, I'll get creative. Stay tuned... ;)
