Re: Nikon F, seaside walk with 35mm lens

That's a nice looking classic Nikon. What were the challenges with the reloadable cassettes? I ask since I've seen these pop up on occasion on our local auction site.

Nice to see some of you local neighbourhood again. Is your new place near your old one?

Re: Mamiya Six Archives

I didn't reverse the Scala, just developed it as a negative. I've still got two or three expired rolls left, so I may well try the home-brew reversal process again.

Mamiya Six Archives

I was browsing the camera cupboard a couple of months back, with the intention of maybe, just maybe, selling a camera or two. Perhaps something I'd not used much. Maybe. Before doing that though, I'd need to check the camera worked properly. I bought this Mamiya Six at a real auction quite a few yea...

Looks plenty sharp enough. Looking forward to the colo(u)r shots.

How do you find the overall handing & viewfinder?

Nice!

Super sharp too it seems. It'd be fun to try some slow speed, super fine grain film in it.

Good to see you back, and hope you enjoy retirement.

Who know what you will find during your unpacking (potentially also an opportunity to sneak in few new cameras that you "happened to find during the unpacking".... )

Re: Fujica Super Six - First roll

They're not too shabby for "meh"! And it proves the camera works. And the camera operator still knows how to frame an image and operate the device :D

Next roll, some not-expired FP4 or Acros or similar? Or colour?

Re: Las Bardenas Reales

Nice, I like the second one, it's hard to get a sense of scale.

So, do you know anyone who can repair cameras  ?

Maybe add a couple of filters to your kit - a variable ND or a couple of polarisers to give you a bit more flexibility with shutter speeds?

Re: Agfa Optima Sensor: disassembly and repair of corroded battery wire

It'd be worth trying to fix the 1535 (the rangefinder version), they seem to go for silly money these days.
