Re: It's spring, so that means...

Holy crap - what a sturdy camera. How much does that thing weigh? It weighs quite a bit less than the project camera sitting next to it. The Zeiss Ikon weights 548g (in proper units ;)), the Voigtländer weighs in at a hefty 770g. The latter is physically smaller but with a much larger (1:1) viewfin...

This time it's a 35mm Zeiss Ikon Contessa LKE. It's in lovely cosmetic condition, and seems to be operationally top notch too. ZICLKE-2 ...

Re: Damn spring…

Well done! These are good cameras, nice viewfinder, good RF patch and decent lens.

The advance knob on mine is perfectly level.

Re: If brontosaurus carried cameras.

We tend to get quite a bit of rain, and the dark clouds mixed with the sun tends to saturate the colours even more.

If brontosaurus carried cameras.

Hunting through the fridge a few weeks back, I "found" some rolls of Agfa 160 Portrait (120). Needing to head out of the city to to run a few errands, I grabbed a roll and loaded up the Fujica G690. Being early spring, the weather was typically changeable with rain, clouds and blue sky. St...

That's quite a substantial beast.

Are there any other lenses available?

Shapes and Shadows

A glorious, calm, early spring day. No wind, somewhat uncommon round these parts at this time of the year! I needed to go and get a few things in this locality, so thought I would spend an hour or so wandering around the Lower Hutt city council buildings and arts centre. I shot a roll of 35mm colour...

Re: Yet another folder - a guessing game

Both the 645 blinds are there, I just couldn't be bothered flopping the other one out.
