Happy New Year, PF! Hope you get more shooting in this year, and that you're finally able to do some printing.

Re: Keep getting kicked off the Forum

I would like to say that I noticed this week that I suddenly started staying logged in between visits, for the first time in several years. I assume a recent update addressed the issue, either directly or indirectly. Regardless, thanks for getting it working, Mike. My guess was always that there was...

Re: Trials, tribulations, torture and happy accidents

Fascinating. Thanks for sharing that. The first technique is exactly what I was suggesting -- I just do it at the scanning stage, then do any tweaking in Affinity afterward. But obviously you can do it all in Affinity, and the additional techniques he shows are intriguing. I struggle to get my brain...

Re: Trials, tribulations, torture and happy accidents

One technique that I find to mostly work when all else fails is (when using Epson Scan) after doing the Preview and selecting the image you intend to scan from the strip, to go into "Advanced Settings"/"Histogram Adjustment". By default it shows all channels. The trick is to go i...

Re: Agfa Isolar 9x12cm plate camera

There are online services for 3D printing that might be affordable for such a small simple thing as SP-445 inserts.
