Roleliflex 3.5 automat - test roll.

Post by alexvaras »

Hi all,

I finished the service of the Rolleiflex and I wanted to do the behind the stage photos during the Xmas concert, so I used Ilford DELTA 3200, not very happy about the results but yes about the camera performance, everything is on place and working nicely.

These two I think went well, I had time enough to check light, etc.

Rest of album https://www.flickr.com/gp/11782047@N02/b1qk0D I think only interesting for the other people who did the play.

Thank you for watching.
Alex

Some nice portraits in the link, and these two have no flaws. I like the composition in the first one.

Grain is very nice for 3200. I have never used this type of film, closest thing was HP5+ pushed to 1600.

Are you already doing your own scanning and developing?

Thank you Julio, yes I'm doing both myself from 120mm and above, 35mm Im too lazy to scan all :D
About 3200 film, I would like a high speed film with no grain :) Anyway I would need more rolls to start feeling comfortable with it, of course in low light situation and no tripod or still subjects I can't do much but using it. Oh, I forgot to mention I don't use flash. :)

Other than the under exposures, the others look good too.

Second try with Rolleiflex... after this roll I found out collimation was not well done and even I didn't screw the rear lens to the end :(
Three photos are good enough thanks the focus was there at some point :)

Tomorrow another collimation and I hope the last, too many things with this camera already.
Thank you for watching.
