Okay, it goes like this.
A tourist was is Spain for the bullfights, and went into a restaurant after the first event. As he waited for his meal, a diner at a nearby table was suddenly the center of attention as a showy procession of waiters surrounded his table to present him with a dish of large criadillas. The tourist asked his waiter why the big show, and he was told they were from the bull that lost the first event.
Quite impressed with all this, the tourist decided that the next day he would rush to the restaurant before the bullfight was over so he could order the loser criadillas dish. As before, a procession of waiters wound their way to his table when it came time to serve the meal, and when the cover was removed from the dish there were two very small criadillas. The tourist was somewhat disappointed, and quearied his waiter about the size. The waiter said "Senor, the bull, he no always lose."
Thank you, thank you. I'll be in town all week.
