New Year, New Construction, 2020

Been some activity up here on the hill, so a little update is in order.

The first apartment building is around 80-85% complete, the second one is closed in, and the foundation for the third building has been poured.

Across the road the town and patio homes section is being prepped with water and sewer lines, building pads, and the outline of new streets.

I hope to move before this all is complete, and 180 new tenants and owners move in.
