Hi all,
I received a 203mm f7.7 Ektar with a Kodak shutter, lens is clean but shutter had 1 erratic 1 second and B mode didn't closed bladed as well as it should.
After downloaded the 40 pages service manual I decided to give to a try...
From the beginning
Front plate screw.
till it was necessary
Retainer for main drive out.
Full album is here:

Finally cleaning the slow gear mechanism and main drive plus lube them as recommended did the trick, dry grease plus soft springs didn't allow to function correctly, no further disassembly was necessary.
B Mode.
1 second.
Plenty of space to work in American designs after German shutters, made to last as I saw in materials used.
I will try the lens next weekend.
Thank you for looking,
Alex

Ah, the sweet sound of a properly running leaf shutter. Great work, Alex, and I hope the lens is good too.

Standard lens for various American press cameras. Need to get the body to go with it.

Those leaf shutters are a pleasure to work on, and the main issue is the lubricants getting gunked IMHO
