Holy cow, that long! Postal services ain't what they used to be, for sure.

Robert
Well... Phil's and Graham's didn't show up yet :)
I got Phil's today!! Hurray!! :D
A very nice winter landscape with a lonely pine, indeed the material used to make the postcard is very pleasant but quite soft for a postcard, still it arrived!

Yes, a definite improvement. OTOH, we don't live THAT far apart. Oh well, it's a minor miracle we still have relatively inexpensive postal services in these times.

Every time I buy something from abroad I ask them please to send it through the national post system with tracking number, for Russia UPS, FedEx, you name it private service is a pain.
For inside Russia, our post is incredibly efficient despite the poor conditions they work in.

If this starts up for a round two I want in - really sorry I missed the first pass. Great idea.

Robert, your lovely HP5+ 4x5 contact print arrived in the mail today, 26/2/20. Postmarked 18/2 so only eight days in transit. (The same both directions!)
It is beautifully printed and it had no scratches from travelling. :)

Very glad to hear it, thanks, Philip! I also received Pablo's cyanotype a couple days ago, so things seem to be moving a bit more freely now that the holidays have past.

I have been a bit remiss in keeping up with things, but it's been an up and down month for me. Anyway, I've received Julio's (dock scene) and Alex's (pond leaves) cards, and they are great. That takes care of the January mailings. Robert's fine "Old Lens Still Life" came last week for his February mailing. I'll get mine to him in the mail today now that I've got my printer sorted out.

Have not heard from Graham yet.

Oops, I have forgotten about the cards the past while. Who gets our cards this month (March)?
