Someone named "Linda Voss" posted a couple of spam threads. They, and the user, have been dealt with.

Banned two more spammers today. We seem to have become a target recently.

A few spam threads keep appearing
Maybe requiring approval to new members?

It's imperative to also remove the offending posts as those links are still live, and thus the spammers are still profiting from the invasion.

I get that kind of stuff in my Yahoo Spam all the time. Have to clean out about twenty attempts every week. What I wonder about here is why is there no vetting of new "members"? That would stop a lot of this kind of sludge coming in under the door.
