Hi all -
Unseasonably warm today - mid-70s and a stiff, southerly breeze. Wife and I circumnavigated the Point at Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes, Delaware. It's prime sunset territory, and I have the 4x5 (and some Provia loaded) and Bronica in tow, but decided for this walk to just bring the Canon G9X Mk II. I'll put in another claim here that this is a compact camera, NOT a point and shoot. Extremely capable in the right hands (sadly, not mine...).
Just some grab shots as we walked around the beach, dodging surf fisherfolks.
It's really been fun exploring around here - lots more places to see, too.
Thanks for looking.
Scott
Cape Henlopen State Park...
Re: Cape Henlopen State Park...
Very nice series. The picture of the shells, and those sand waves are outstanding.
Re: Cape Henlopen State Park...
Great image quality from the G9. My favourite shot is the crab shell. Lovely location.

Thanks all! It’s lovely this time of year. This area is closed through October due to turtle nesting, which also works because traffic in the park is greatly reduced this time of year.
