A Second F2S

Post by PFMcFarland »

I stopped in the junktique store the other day, and they had a chrome F2S sitting in the cabinet. I didn't know if I could afford it until I went home and crunched the budget numbers. Then I had to wait a couple more days, as he was closed over the holiday. But it was still there this afternoon, and looked really good. It's clean, except for some dust under the finder that should blow out. It has a Series E lens on it, but that will go good with the EM and FG. And after putting a battery in when I got it home, the meter came to life, apparently accurately reading the lamp next to my desk. Even the self timer works. And it has the P screen, which is one I've been meaning to get.

It will go great with the black F2S.

Wow, that is a nice one! I really like F2's - I have a chrome F2AS myself.
I don't think I would be able to pass one like this either, if it crossed my ways. Congrats and enjoy.

Looks great. Think you're going to have some fun with that one.
