Very interesting! I always wondered why bridges had to be covered - I guess snow is part of the answer.

Besides the bridge, the old truck, the front of the store in wood, and the curve of the river are very nice subjects. I'd gladly spend a whole roll on each.

35-70 zooms are comfortable to use, and this one seems a very good one, at least in your hands. I like the contrast rendition in the river picture.

Thanks, Julio. It's a good carry-around lens, if you get the newer version.

The bridges were covered not to keep snow off the roadway, but to protect the structure from the elements.
