Der Spiegel carries a photostrip of Anja Niedringhaus' work. She was just killed in Afghanistan. Senseless.

i just saw this .i was twiddling around with my asus media player, looking at german internet tv stations and it was the first item i came across not 10 minutes ago.dangerous place, afghanistan.

Very, very sad. She had some impressive body of work, in and out of wars.
