If you can't fix it with a hammer... you got an electrical problem
even duct tape can't fix stupid.... but it can muffle it (SilentObserver)

There's an earlier ('38?) horizontally-oriented Exakta 6x6 (and a later one, made in the '80s). This is the one I'd like to have though. We have an article on it at Camera-wiki, which draws a lot from information at Hugo Ruys' Ihagee.org, including an English-language user's manual. This promised that a prism finder was to be made for the camera, but it never was.
