They were taken at the Henry Hoffman Heritage Center which is located in a part of the old rail freight yard at Clifton Forge, VA. Thanks, Tom. Not sure about the former whereabouts of this engine. I think it may have sat in Richmond, VA for a while too. I remember seeing an engine up there from a distance, but couldn't get the number off it. That one may have been an Allegheny though.
