I have a few older Digital cameras with no screen. I like the idea. I just don't have 6K.

Leica returns photography to the photographer
If we all saw the world the same no one would need a camera.
Re: Leica returns photography to the photographer
Thanks for the reference; I had no idea there was a Leica like that.
Re: Leica returns photography to the photographer
Read article here.
No LCD, no Live View, no menus, no Program, multimode or "art" things. No video. No red Leica dot, either - so no need to tape over it, although that black slotted screw is sort of ugly. You'd think Leica could come up with something more attractive than that.
And as far as I can tell, there isn't even a frame counter. The upper ISO limit is 6400, which is interesting.
Just photography.

Such lovely cameras. Maybe this is what Nikon should have aimed for instead of coming out with the Df. I think I'll save my money though, and keep shooting the Zorki-6. All the same experience and feeling, without the large price of admission.

Pulled the Kiev IV out last week.

Re: Leica returns photography to the photographer
When I read Mike's review of this special Leica, I kept looking at my SRT-SCiII on the mantel-- no live view, no program, no effects, no video, and metering up to 6400 which has to be turned on and fed a battery, so you can just leave the battery out if you're afraid of being tempted to use it. Even $1000 of film and chemicals would take me an awful lot of photos... and then there's the Olympus Pen in the basement. And I think that my Goodwill Leica Z2X has some sort of a red dot on it. I guess I'm covered on this, too.
