I recently took a trip home for my 45th high school reunion in Greensburg, IN. We were the last class to graduate from the building before it was converted into the junior high, and was replaced with an entirely new campus on the edge of town.
Between reunion events, family visits, and trips to the auto repair shop, I managed to steal away for some photography jaunts to places old and new around town.
I took five cameras with me, and was able to use four of them (Nikon F, Nikon P7700, Nikon D80, and Rollei 35S), with the Nikon S2 having to stay in the bag.
I even shot some video, but they are too long to post on Flickr. Here are some samples of the stills.

Re: Hometown Memories
Love the clouds and also the blue bridge and grey sky. I've always liked the look of steel truss bridges.
Re: Hometown Memories
Love the skyscraper shot. Reminds me of Wanamaker. Also nice to put a face to a name!
Re: Hometown Memories
Looks like a lot of fun. Cool about the tympani, too, I spent some time behind a set of those, too. I like "a fixin to rain" the best. It's fixin to rain here, too right now. Somebody gave me grief about saying that a while back (what comes of being a Texan in New England) but still sounds like home to me.

Wonderful pictures. I especially like the one of "Steve's groupies"!

Re: Hometown Memories
Lovely series, and with that artillery on hand it is not surprising that the S2 had to wait its turn!
