I do not have the expertise -- or experience -- to do anything other than to get her in contact with someone here. Phil, are you the right one for her to contact? I contacted QWK.net about the situation, Graham, that we had an ambiguous grant of permission to run the site. They kicked it upstairs to the CEO, and I haven't heard back from them. I'll have to rattle some chains again.
