Here's a couple of man-made-object abstracts that I uploaded off the phone not long before it died (let me know if the links don't work again!!). The first was shot using an app called BlackCam that a friend came across, which seems to do a nice job with B+W photos. I used my usual Vignette app for the second one.





Encrypting the phone and its SD card is good for security, but makes life more interesting when it dies Fortunately my l33t technical skillz allowed me to resurrect the phone a little while later.

I like the subtle tones in the last shot, sort of reminds me in some ways of old-school ambient electronica that develops almost imperceptibly.

No art here like P C does, but Scott and his daughter's bird photos made me grab my phone for this guy. He seemed to have just discovered that his six ladies had left him and had crossed the road for the trees and ravine in the upper right.

We live in town, by the way. The deer are very common - a real pest for gardeners, but they are beautiful to watch.
