A Nikon display

Post by melek »

At PhotoPlus Expo 2017, Nikon had a 100th Anniversary display of its film SLRs, which included Nikons and Nikkormats. These were SLRs only - there were no Nikon rangefinders. The display also didn't seem to include the F4 or F5 or either F2A models.

I still use my F2 and F Along with my F100 and n90s. I also have an F65 that I like to take out on days I want to go light with a 28-105 on it. Nice display there.

If we all saw the world the same no one would need a camera.

Definitely a nice display. I don't think it was meant as a chronicle, more as some of the more important versions in Nikon's history. I could use a few of them to fill some gaps in my collection.
