If it has bellows, you can talk about it here.

1+1=2?

Post by alexvaras »

Hello,

Looking the second market here you can find very strange things, overpriced anyway. But sometimes you find something that if they are put together.... It can be something horrible or worthy to do.

I found what I think its a voitglander INOS II:

And the small heliar 105:

How difficult could be to add the heliar to the inos II and make the camera work as it should be?
Or is it just my mind finding ways to cheat me in the way to get a good lens for a folding camera?

How much would you paid for both things?

Thanks for your comments as usual :)
Alex

Which ever one fits the hole the original came out of (the 10.5cm one I'd say) should do. You may have trouble getting the camera closed though as the speed dial will likely hang on the edge of the bellows opening.

I saw this camera today, shutter doesn't work well, it fails to cock, leather is falling in the back part, some corrosion inside and the focus knob doesn't move the lens at all (its connected, but something is broken or out of place)
My guess is someone didn't close the camera correctly and it damaged the shutter and someone played with the knob with the camera closed and here is the result.

For learning how to fix could be a nice camera :)
