Nettar 518/16 - Tsaritsyno Park II

Post by alexvaras »

Same camera, same park, hazy sun and 400 ISO, I overexposed Im afraid, I decide to go for Sunny 16 and mostly all were done at 200/f16.

Alex, nice shots, especially those of the trees and fine branch structure. That lens is quite decent!

That building in #6 looks beautiful.

Technically speaking: exposure looks OK to me in these Web images. Winter sun in your area cannot be the same as standard Sunny 16 rule, and in any case a bit of overexposure never hurt B&W, even in T-grain films. There is enough detail in the shadows; maybe scanning could be improved, but I'd bet that the negatives are fine.

Nothing a little post-processing can't handle, Alex. Compositions good, lighting good. Just a small amount of leakage in one frame. Looking good all over.
