"HC-110 never seems to go bad."
So far I have the same experience : my 1litre bottle is now 10 years old and (dare I say it ) still 2/3 full, slightly darkened but still good!

Graham, I can buy this from Freestyle for US$28 for a 1-liter bottle.
If you're interested, let me know. Are there restrictions on importing this?

Mike, thank you for this. There are no restrictions on the importation of photo chemicals as such here, but there are severe restrictions on transporting liquid chemicals in the mail.
