It's not that I'm cheap as much as having grown up "disadvantaged" ( to use the PC term, otherwise known as poor), if I really want to get something done, I'll find a way.

i don't think finding a cheap way around a problem is a bad thing.all too often people spend 1000's on a solution that could be solved with a 15c part.

case in point.....NASA spent gazillions in developing the write-anywhere-Space pen.it works.anywhere.
the russians simply used a Pencil :D

i rest my my case. :P

This is wonderful. If necessary I'll spend money, but I would much prefer to be sensible or clever than throw money at something.
