Fixer can get to 12-15g/L and most municipal plant cringe at more than 5g/L; so depending on how much you dump (1gal ~60g) you may want to dilute it 1:5 or 1:10 with water which compared to how much comes out of your neighborhood or town they may see a tiny spike or they may see nothing
I worked at a trickling filter plant; our local WWTP is an activated sludge plant. I'm not sure how robust that is relative to metals like silver. Could be that they see nothing (most likely) or they're testing to ppt levels and might see something and scratch their heads.

Beautiful shot and happy birthday!
Fixer is the easiest do-it-yourself bath. I keep a stock of hyposulfite and sulfite from a chemical supplies store, and mix my own. Try it!
