Now after this Super Silette and the Ambi Silette I'm getting fond of old 35mm cameras, I tried to spot this Konica I but no luck, I think I will try Kodak Signet 35 first to match Chevron.
Btw, first photo with Super Silette and Solagon.
Observer of life.
Slowly publishing all of them here...

I should have bought an AMBI Sillete when I had a chance, it is a wonderful camera

Before I got sidetracked from my Agfa attraction (slight addiction, maybe?) I wound up with an Ambi Silette that was to say the least in dire need of some work. I'm trying to remember if the lens was okay or not, or even if it had a lens. Anyway, it's boxed up with all the other Agfa gear that needs work. I think it was shortly after that I got into LTM cameras, so the Agfa stuff just got pushed aside. Nice little system to have though.

I got a chance to buy a whole Ambi-Silette system (Camera + 4 lenses)
Cosmetically is OK, RF is clean and wrking, and all lenses look good
Speeds above 30 sound OK, but below 30 are sluggish (as many compurs do after years) so I guess a cleaning of the shutter gears is needed
Lucky me

Congrats on getting the complete kit. It can't be as difficult to work on as a Contaflex.

Well well
Since all the speed 30 onwards were fine, and B was fine I decided not to dissassemble but let a few drops of elctric contact cleaner in the shutter (by the V-X-M small hole)
And PRESTO!
All the speeds sound correct now

I just got a Karat12 as part of a bundle of AGFAs
I was interested in an Isolette 3 that came with a roll of IsopanF
What have I gottten myself into, it uses the Agfa Karat cassetes ooof
PS1: Focus was a bit stiff but was easy to loosen without disassembly, lens and shutter are clean
Rangefinder is accurate at 2, 5 and 10m
This camera was definitely loved and cared for, and came with manual and case.
Now I found the AGFA Rapid cassettes to 3Dprint, will try and update later in the week
AGFA Karat 12/2.8 ~1948

Nice find, the lens should be very decent. My father had one of those, and many family photos came out from his Karat. It is comparable to the Retinas, although the special cassette is a problem.
