Rangefinder is the type of two images one up and another down so in focus you match the halves?

Thanks Julio, yes the camera feels very nice, and lens and shutter are great

Alex, yes both halves must match for focusing, I'm liking this arrangement as it allows you to focus anywhere in the frame, not just in the center spot and the halves are bright and well aligned

And the Schneider-Kreznach Karat-Xenon is a modified Tessar (5/4)
