I just wrote Kaitlyn a detailed message. Hopefully, she will contact the hosting company, as I provided her with QWK.net's toll-free number.
We'll try to keep it positive with the hope that we can retrieve the database.

I got a note from Kaitlyn, and she said that she will write a letter to QWK.net and get things resolved. I'll contact QWK.net next week and see how things stand, and to let them know that she will write a letter.

I traded e-mails with QWK.net, and they will send her a certified letter that she can sign and return. That way, she doesn't have to try to come up with the necessary legal language to satisfy the legal requirements.
I'm hoping we can wrap up things by the end of the week.
