Is Nelsonfoto defunct? I'm getting "Table './craigea_v/smf_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired"...

Ok, now I feel really mellancholic.

Hopefully a temporary problem. I've already mailed off this months check! I'll give them a call in the morning if it hasn't cleared up by then.

That is a minor problem, however the board owner must repair the DB of the forum.
I do not know if the provider can do it

Crashed tables are usually caused by improper MySQL code-- such as illregular formats and/or statements that cause the table to spit out incoherent data-- in which SMF can't interpret correctly.
Repairing the table is one method of fixing this issue. Methods that can be done to do what he said would be to open phpMyAdmin and run the appropriate SQL commands under the SQL tab:
REPAIR TABLE `smf_sessions`
Likewise, optimizing the table might prevent it from failing again:
OPTIMIZE TABLE 'smf_sessions'
Also, refer to the SMF admin panel-- primarily the Forum Maintenance tools, do optimize all your tables effectually and quickly.

Sounds like, considering the lack of admin rights, it's a fatal error...

Nelsonfoto.com is BACK! Just got off the phone with QWK.net, and it turned out to be something simple, but buried deep in the system. I logged in, and it seems to be okay.
