Autocord in the park

The local government has refilled the artificial lake in Rodo Park, they even restocked it with fish. I went down to take a look, and took the Autocord with a one-year expired Pan F+ roll. Spring is coming and we got a sunny day for a change.

The lake looks like a rain forest, with palms.

The city orchestra and very good brass bands used to play in the gazebo in the midst of the lake.

The miniature castle in the park is due for some cleaning up. This place could use a revival with a bit of lighting and technology.

The castle is full of graffiti and well locked. This place gets very interesting in a moonless night. I've been here before with a NIkon but the Rokkor lens holds its own.

Thanks for looking!

Oh it would be great to see the whole park restored. And I agree with James on that first picture, Julio. Definitely First Rate!

Good work from the Autocord! I especially like the detail of the castle gate. The padlock on it seems quite small for the job? From your pictures, I'd guess that the place is still very sturdy; and it seems to me that there was a lot of good thought and design that went into it.

In addition to plaudits for these fine photos, permit me to add an OT reminder that there is a fine Autocord available here:

Thanks for the comments!

The Autocord is a really nice TLR, IMHO up there with the Rolleis with the comparable Tessar or Xenar lenses. Look at Jamesmck post above, it looks like an excellent chance to get into the TLR world.
