Our garden will be one of the gardens open to the public in aid of Garden House Hospice this coming June. It's early days yet, but it is slowly coming together.
Tikki enjoys the new lawn and thinks it belongs to him!

Age brings wisdom....or age shows up alone. You never know.
My great aunt Bertha used to have a garden like that, and I always wanted a lot big enough to replicate it, but being an apartment dweller for most of my life means making do with what I have. It's great to see you two are still making the world a little more beautiful every day. I do though have a good start on my balcony garden, with the flowers getting potted up today. Next I"ll get the herbs and tomatoes planted. Thanks for the inspiration, Graham and Missus.
Bought six trays of seedlings this morning and a big bag of bark chippings - (don't ask, I don't know either). All I can say is, "watch this space! " Head Gardener says to say thank you for the compliments.
