Hi all,

We had a long weekend due the Victory Day, sun was in and out and I backpacked two LF format cameras in a walk with the family.
First our portraits, 9x12 Bergheil with Heliar 15cm as usual.

Nusik.

This next one done by Nusik and her phone, the best of all series no doubt!
Image
Tachihara & Co.

And now two tests I have done with Symmar 210mm f/5.6 and Dagor 21cm f/9.
Would you please tell the ones that pleases you more? And which is sharper but that's not the most important.

First attempts of not falling buildings.

Test of architectural photo #1.

Test of architectural photo #2.

And the one I was shooting when Nusik took hers.

Corrosion #1.

Corrosion #2.

Both are same focal length so one is redundant.

Thank you for looking,
Alex

Alex, nice portraits! With that red cape around your neck you could be a Superman double!

I like #2 in the architecture test and #1 in the corrosion one. Both lenses seem pretty decent.

I'm more partial to the first architectural photo for the stronger lighting. 50/50 on the corrosion ones. Love the Tachihara one, especially the fact you use the tripod hook to hang some weight on it for sturdiness.

Thank you, Julio and Phil.

Julio, I really appreciate your comparison to Superman rather than a "torero con capote" :)
Phil, the hook is a really good idea, but the one who invented it I'm sure he wwnted to take out the weight from his back and he found the best solution where to place it not taking dirt from the ground :)
