Photo shoot with Anton.

Post by alexvaras »

Hi all,

This Anton, an former student of mine that we became friends after all.

Voigtlander Bergheil 10x15, Heliar 18cm f/4.5

This first is 9x12 dry plate, soviet outdated in 80's, it suppose to be fast but after a test I rated as ASA 5, histogram at the scanner was placed in the middle. Despite the age it's a good batch by judging the outcome.

1/4sec f/8

Anton.

Still one DELTA 100 9x12 and two Fotopan 10x15 to develop from the same session.

Thank you for looking.
Alex

Very nice work with your old plate film. I have some 9x12cm and some 6x9cm cut films from that era and a little before, that I should get out to use! You are inspiring. :)

Thanks PF, always I find your support invaluable.
All the rest of readers as well, I'm here thanks to you :)

Now another photo of Anton, this time 9x12, Delta 100, straight portrait, it went well I think but some tips about modelling I have been reading are quite right, I'm writing down all of them in small notebook to carry around and do notations.

Anton #2.

More to come from this series :)
