I was watching an old Brady Bunch show today and Greg used a 126 RF camera with a flash cube in it. Now the closest I found was this.

I think there was a KODAK on it but not sure. as it is an old TV show. Any ideas or was it just a prop?

If it helps he was shooting photos of his parents dressed like Cleopatra and Mark Anthony.

That's a very capable camera as per specifications.

Kodak Instamatic 314 or 814 perhaps?
Do you see it anywhere here?

I really wish Lomogaphy would revive 126 film. I have several cameras that I would use more frequently.
When I was young, I wanted a 35mm SLR, but instead was given a Kodak Instamatic 104. I can't recall ever using it.
I have a Minolta Autopak 800, which is more advanced than the 700. It also has motor wind via a wind-up knob that pretensions a spring. The 700 looks much sleeker.

The design parameters of "high end" 126 cameras were restricted by the lack of a pressure plate to hold the film flat against the film aperture. The large tolerances did not lend themselves to critical focus, and therefore sharpness could be hit and miss.

An Instamatic 104 was my 1st ever camera, Xmas 78 after my dad came back from his heart surgery
I used it very little, mostly because my dad didnt buy film for it very often.
I see the point of the lack of a pressure plate, but for a kid it was a good camera

I've thought of loading 135 into a 126 cartridge, but it's a lot of work for such minimal return. Would like to shoot my Kodak 500 someday.
