Finally developed a roll of color film I'd put in the little red Yashica FX-D a year ago or so. Was a little surprised to see it was slide film when I pulled it out, but this little camera gets along well with it, I think.
Classic Florida shot.

Classic cat shot (might be my favorite of the roll)

This one turned out nice, too. Just a little orchid I got at Trader Joe's last year.

Got this little gem from Mike E some years ago and it really has become my go-to film camera. Seeing these is kind of inspiring. Feeding it another roll of the Velvia.
Thanks for looking

Glad to see you shooting again.
If we all saw the world the same no one would need a camera.

Is that with the Planar? That lens is so awesome.
I agree that the cat photo is a real keeper. This would be a shot that I would enlarge and hang on my wall.
How is the body covering on the Yashica holding up?

I think Marlowe would appreciate having his portrait displayed on the wall.
Wine red covering is holding up beautifully- it's mellowed in color, but still looks great

Those turned out beautifully. Need to shoot some more slide film before it gets too hard.

Gotta get me one o' them Planars some day. And re-cover my FX-D. Some fine photos there, Rose.

Beautiful work there. The Planar is a great lens and it is in the right hands!
