Edit Title of Post?

Does someone know if it's possible to edit the title of a post? and if so, how to do it? I used a title that may be misleading and I'd like to change it. Thanks for any help!

First of all, you need to be the creator of the thread, then ‘edit’ the first post and you will see the title is editable.
