Thank you, Julio. England is no longer the grey and wet country it once was, therefore, yes there are more blue skies now, but when it rains it rains harder and for longer than before. Likewise, summer ambient temperatures average higher than the infrastructure is designed for. For example, roads are gritted in summer to prevent the melting tar sticking to car tyres.
