Found a Voigtlander Vitessa lens-hood on a thrift shop surprise bin
It looks quite good but the inside is all scratched and I'd like to repaint it flat black. I was thinking abt using Testors flat black paint after some sanding (taping the shiny parts)

Any other recommendation or method I could use?

Sounds to me like a good plan.

I've used Tamiya flat black enamel model paint for similar jobs. Seems to work well, and is durable enough.

I have used black felt tip markers for similar jobs, but of course matte paint would be a much better option!
