I came back to my home town (Quito, Ecuador) to attend a congress in food engineering, and visit family and friends
I went to one of my favorite spots after a few decades and was there at sunset

I'm lucky the city is more photogenic than I am!

Indeed, by far the most photogenic capital city in the Pacific half of South America. Thanks for sharing!
You got an interesting pair of images with the overcast skies.

I managed to take a roll with a Yashica 124G before it was stolen from my hands.
Took me a while to develop and scan it

Love the square. I'll ask: How'd it get stolen? Not literally right out of your hands?

Yes, I was walking around the
park that you see with 2 friends, and wanted to take pics of that house (used to be Channel 6)
not 5 minutes later 2 guys in a scooter flew by us and took the camera
That used to be a very quiet part of town, and there is a police post not 200m from this house. I guess times they are a changing

Oh, no - that's horrible. I guess thieves are everywhere. As long as there are humans, there will be good and bad things happening.
